  • Construction Management - From completion of unfinished commercial and multi-tenant residential properties to commercial tenant build-out and major rehab projects, Miller Frishman Group's capabilities include planning, engineering, design, and construction --tightly controlling schedules and costs for on-time, on-budget project completion.
  • Disposition and Investment Services - The principals of Miller Frishman Group have sold billions of dollars worth of performing and troubled real estate owned (REO) property. Our reputation for successfully assisting our clients in marketing troubled assets is a result of our years of experience with varying property types in markets throughout the U.S.; our sophistication with financing; and our ground-level insight into market conditions that influence an asset's current and future value.
  • Note Sales - Miller Frishman's Loan Sales Group works with performing, sub-performing and non-performing commercial mortgage loans in the primary and secondary markets, combining real estate capital market expertise with widespread, hands-on commercial real estate experience including comprehensive understanding and evaluation of the lender’s rights under the lending terms and the underlying real estate securing the mortgage. Drawing on more than $3 billion in loan sales experience, it is standard practice for us to perform extensive due diligence on the loan or portfolio. We offer expertise in price-discovery, added liquidity, bringing the right investors to the table, and providing ease of execution regardless of the size of the portfolio.

Clients can hire Miller Frishman for any of the above services, or take advantage of the benefits of consolidating services to streamline the workout process and maximize loan recovery.  Many clients appreciate the convenience of a coordinated solution to manage the workout process from receivership through disposition; however some lenders and special servicers believe that it's appropriate to hire different companies for different disciplines. We believe the better approach is to have the receiver, the property manager, the leasing agent and the broker in seamless communication, all on the same team working toward the same goal: quick disposition with maximum recapture. Our system of checks and balances assures optimum performance. This approach also requires far less time and management for the lender or special servicer.
