Steve Mimnaugh
Steve Mimnaugh joined the Miller Frishman Group, LLC, in July 2011. Miller Frishman is a full service real estate firm that is headquartered in Denver. Steve Mimnaugh specializes in office, industrial, retail and investment/user sales and leasing. Steve has over 25 years in the commercial real business as a commercial real estate broker, investor, developer and redeveloper. In 1983, Steve left his real estate law practice in Portland, Oregon and moved to Denver. Within 18 months of arriving in Denver and joining the Frederick Ross Company in 1983, Steve placed 7th out of 75 commercial brokers that Ross employed at the time. In 1986, Steve was hired as the regional executive for Bramalea Inc. and Trizec, two large Canadian real estate companies (combined assets of $11 billion) where his portfolio included Ptarmigan Place in Cherry Creek, Dominion Plaza in the CBD, 1.5 city blocks in Denver's CBD on which two office towers totaling 1.8 million s.f. were planned; the land on which Colorado Ocean Journey was built and the land on which the Park Meadows Mall was built.
More recently, Steve was one of six partners at Alliance Commercial Partners, LLC, a national real estate company that is based in Denver. As examples of Steve's projects at Alliance, Steve was: (1) the developer of MainStreet at FlatIrons, a 156 acre mixed-used development in Broomfield, Colorado, that included retail, office, hotels, multi-family and a health club; (2) the developer of a 151 acre residential development located in Castle Pines where Steve was the host of the 2003 Parade of Homes; and (3) the redevelopment partner in charge of the redevelopment of an 8 building office complex located near Santa Monica, California.
